Peter H. Thomas, serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and best-selling author, founded LifePilot in 2002. Thomas is one of the leading real estate developers and lenders in North America, having developed several billion dollars of projects and best known for founding Century 21 Real Estate Canada Ltd. He sold the company in 1987 when it reached over $9 billion in annual sales. Thomas is also a founding member and Chairman Emeritus of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and the Vice-Chairman of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization (CEO).
Values Drive our Success
Despite all his triumphs in life, Thomas also endured hardship. His net-worth plummeted to negative $70 million in the 80’s after a business partner went bankrupt. He was hit with tragedy when he lost his son to suicide in 2000. But Thomas maintains that staying true to his values allowed him to both recover financially and find motivation and direction after the loss of his son.
