Introduction
At LifePilot we recognize that privacy is important. This document outlines the types of personal information we receive and collect when you register on our LifePilot website (the "Site") or use any of our services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard information. We hope this will help you make an informed decision about sharing personal information with us.

Collection of Information
You can browse the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in the United States.

We may collect and store the following personal information:
  • email address, physical contact information, and (depending on the service used) sometimes financial information, such as credit card numbers:
  • transactional information based on your activities on the Site (what you have bought or other account information):

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. You agree that we may use your personal information to:
  • provide the services and customer support you request;
  • collect fees, and troubleshoot problems;
  • enforce our User Agreement;
  • customize, measure, and improve our services and the Site's content and layout;
  • tell you about targeted marketing, service updates, and promotional offers based on your communication preferences; and compare information for accuracy, and verify it with third parties.
Ad Servers
We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

IP Addresses Collection
Your Web browser or email application automatically provides your IP address to other computers with which you communicate over the Internet, so that they know where to send you information.

We receive an IP address each time you view one of our Web pages, because the browser automatically reports it to us. We also may store the IP address when you register with LifeManual, post a message, or buy something from us.

We may use IP addresses for various purposes, including:
  • Diagnosing service or technology problems.
  • Assessing and maintaining system security.
  • Displaying the most appropriate advertising or content.
  • Studying how people use our site and how we can improve it.
Use of Cookies
Cookies are used on our websites in the following ways:
  • We use cookies to access your stored account information automatically when you log on to our site, in order to deliver a better and more personalized service.
  • We use cookies to estimate our audience size and usage patterns. The unique cookie that is given to each browser accessing the Site is then used to determine usage patterns.
  • We use cookies to allow you to access your account information automatically, as well as make changes to your personal information.

We will occasionally update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our services and customer feedback. When we post changes to this policy, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of the policy. If there are material changes to our policy or in how LifePilot will use your personal information, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes prior to implementing the change or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to periodically review this policy to be informed of how LifePilot is protecting your information.
