Margie is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) with the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from Coaches Training Institute including its Leadership Training Program. Margie lives in Kelowna, B.C., Canada with her husband Darren.
Leanne Atwater received her Ph.D from Claremont Graduate School in Psychology in 1985. She currently holds a position as Professor of Management and Management Department Chair in the Bauer College at the University of Houston. Prior to that she served as Chair of the Management Department and Interim Dean at Arizona State University. She has been a professor of Management under Bernard Bass at Binghamton University and has taught leadership at the U. S. Naval Academy. She worked for 10 years as a researcher for the Navy Personnel Research and Development Center in San Diego. She has published over 45 journal articles and two books on subjects related to leadership and leadership development. She is currently the Editor for the top scholarly journal on leadership in the world, The Leadership Quarterly. She does consulting in areas related to leadership development and change management for public and private sector organizations. She is married to David Atwater and has two grown daughters.

For Rita, those values focus on wellness: body, mind, and spirit. Rita is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. To inspire people to live healthful lifestyles, Rita teamed up with executive chef Erin Holm to publish LifeDiet and in 2016 launched two additional books: The Power of Healthy Living and Delicious Meets Nutritious.
Deanna Delyea is the Controller and Director of several Canadian corporations. Her responsibilities include operating and capital budget administration, cash flow management, financial reporting and analysis. She also acts as the Controller of the Thomas Foundation, a Canadian charitable organization that supports mental health and children’s issues.
After attending a LifePilot family workshop, Deanna and her husband Garth set out on a path of living in alignment with their values. They moved to beautiful British Columbia to be closer to family and the outdoor activities that they love.
Deanna has been involved in the LifePilot program for many years and is passionate about the positive change that it’s message can bring.
Thomas was one of the leading real estate developers and lenders of his time in North America, developing several billion dollars of projects, including shopping centers, apartments and condominiums, land assembly, and golf courses. He brought the franchising rights of Century 21 Real Estate to Canada, founded Samoth Capital Corporation (now known as Sterling Centrecorp Inc.) and developed the Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is currently the Founder and Chairman of Thomas Pride International and is Chairman of the Board of Dogtopia Enterprises.
After the tragic loss of his son in 2000, Thomas decided to focus his time and energy on social entrepreneurship, and to share his experience and philosophy of values-based living and leadership with others. He is the Founder and Chairman of LifePilot, the Founder and Chairman of the Todd Thomas Institute for Values-Based Leadership at Royal Roads University in BC, Canada, Chairman Emeritus of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and Chairman of the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) judging.
